Join us! Job Description:This job is responsible for managing Small Business Card acquisition initiatives end-to-end from insights, research, business case, implementation to performance reporting and drive growth across our Small Business acquisition channels. This individual will play a central role in ideating campaigns/offers, identifying targeting opportunities, and influencing strategic decisions that shape how we acquire and onboard new small business clients.Key responsibilities include conducting market research and competitor analyses, determining product pricing, developing short and long-term strategies, and identifying innovative opportunities to modernize product offerings and deliver a more unified customer experience. Job expectations include ensuring that product management efforts are integrated with sales, marketing, operations, implementation, and customer service strategies.Internal employees who are currently working from home are still eligible to apply. An employer who violates this law shall be subject to criminal penalties and civil liability.Responsibilities:Champion the build & launch of new capabilities like gaming prevention, pre-qualification and landing page optimization Responsible for managing performance across digital, financial center, call center and marketing channels to uncover trends, drivers, and improvement opportunitiesOptimization through regular A/B testingAnalyze and mine campaign and offers performance data to inform strategy development and execution. Build and maintain dashboards, performance, recurring and ad‑hoc reports that inform leadership decision‑making.Establish measurement frameworks to assess the impact of offers, campaigns, and channel initiativesIdentifies and creates comprehensive plans for product development and deployment, including supporting the creation of sales training programs and marketing materials to educate clients and internal teams on product capabilitiesOversees a set of products and maintains financials, including managing the investment profile and profit and loss (P&L) activities, such as revenue and profit marginsProvides information on product trends to sales and marketing teams leveraging knowledge of product functionality, marketplace trends, and the competitive landscapeIdentifies opportunities to streamline or enhance product offerings to fit client's existing and future needs and support continued growth and operational excellenceManages risk through implementing and monitoring effective controls in partnership with key support partnersPartners with internal stakeholders to obtain meaningful insights about markets, clients, and competitors in order to develop products that solve client needs and ensure high adoption ratesDevelops and influences product strategy, driving products to provide comprehensive solutions across the bankRequired Qualifications:Demonstrated strategic planning/product management skillsStrong analytical skills with breadth of viewNegotiation skills7+ years of relevant experienceSAS/SQLDesired Qualifications: Ability to analyze and take action on dataSkilled in creating visually pleasing, executive level presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint that effectively “Tell the Story”Knowledge of Consumer/Small Business channels, and financial performance measures/driversDemonstrated industry knowledge.
