Position Summary:The Identity Management product manager role is responsible for maximizing the value for our enterprise identity management infrastructure product capabilities required to secure the bank application environment both on prem and in the cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP). Job duties include defining the vision and roadmap for their products, defining and prioritizing the features/epics in the program backlog, and articulating this to both stakeholders and development teams. This role works closely with stakeholders to understand their needs to ensure they are aligned on priorities. They support and collaborate on financials throughout delivery. They are experts of the products, business or technology domain, and the industry in which the product competes. Key Responsibilities:The Identity Management Product Manager is an expert of the products, business or technology domain and the industry for infrastructure securityDefine the vision and roadmap for the Identity Management based on customer requirements, industry trends, regulations, and the strategic direction for the business or technology domain. Define and drive product selection, RFx, etc.Ensure alignment across Identity Management roadmaps to achieve portfolio objectivesDefine and prioritize features/epics in the program backlogArticulate roadmaps and features to stakeholders, operations and A&E teamRepresent product(s) within Identity Management to external consumers and stakeholders, e.g., GIS, Finance, Audit/Risk, Lines of BusinessOversee the budget(s) for their product(s). Support and collaborate with the Senior Technology Executives, COO, Finance and Economic teams on financials throughout deliveryContinuously oversee product inventory, performance, risk and usage metrics, CAPM, error rates, etc. to monitor product health and make product lifecycle recommendations and decisionsAccountable for all aspects of the lifecycle, risk and vulnerability of the Identity Management productRequired Qualifications:Excellent customer service skills including reporting, organization, written and oral communication and task prioritizationFamiliarity with general finance and accounting practices is preferable10+ years of experience in IT Security for a large financial services firm5+ years of experience working as an Identity Management SMEIdentity and security architecture experience within a large corporation is preferredIn-depth knowledge of key technologies such as Active DirectoryMust have working experience in an Agile managed organization using products such as Jira, Kanban, Confluence and HorizonExcellent customer service skills including reporting, organization, written and oral communication and task prioritizationMust have strong program management skills necessary to lead multi-discipline technology teamsMust be a highly motivated, self-directed individual capable of supporting multiple large initiativesDesired Qualifications:BS / MS Degree; CISSP, CISM, CISA, CIPT, CIPM, CRISC or other relevant certificationParticipate in cross-functional teams and ability to work effectively in a geographically dispersed teamSkills:Financial ManagementInfluenceSolution Delivery ProcessStakeholder ManagementTechnical Strategy DevelopmentAgile PracticesAnalytical ThinkingCollaborationResult OrientationRisk ManagementBusiness AcumenBusiness Case AnalysisData ManagementSolution DesignVendor ManagementShift:1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week: 40
