Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in sales, digital marketing, or digital advertising.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently in order to interact in this customer-facing sales role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in digital advertising.
- Experience in C-level client relationship development, and multi-market digital media planning and execution.
- Experience influencing and aligning stakeholders to achieve shared goals and drive the successful implementation of shopping solutions.
- Understanding of the Google auction.
- Ability to translate data sets into a client-friendly narrative.

The Shopping Partners EMEA team is at the of Google’s retail business, making Comparison Shopping Services (CSS) successful on Shopping Ads and collaborating with sales teams to unlock advertiser opportunities in the CSS ecosystem. We ensure continued compliance with the European Commission's 2017 Shopping decision.
As a Development Manager, you will be responsible for a portfolio of Comparison Shopping Services (CSS) and drive individual impact across the shopping landscape. You will be a trusted advisor, understanding CSS needs and delivering measurable solutions that help grow businesses and deliver value to merchants.

Responsibilities
- Build trust and C-level relationships with Comparison Shopping Services (CSS), and develop a thorough understanding of business issues.
- Act as a central connector between sales teams, advertisers and CSS to maximize advertiser growth within the CSS ecosystem.
- Collaborate across multiple stakeholder groups and regions in Google, including sales, product, marketing, tech, and supporting teams.
- Analyze trends and client performance, develop business plans. Prepare and conduct strategic pitches and business presentations.
- Advocate best practices and manage Shopping Ads business growth.
