Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program management.
- 8 years of experience in networking, network capacity planning or optical networking.
- Experience in network infrastructure components and technologies, including data centers, long haul/DWDM, IP network and submarine network.
- Experience in developing and implementing network infrastructure plans.
Preferred qualifications:

- 8 years of experience in managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,000-$271,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Drive initiatives to maximize network scalability, reliability, and cost-efficiency, ensuring product deployment and maximizing Return on Investment (ROI).
- Identify infrastructure challenges and innovative solutions to improve network planning across all domains.
- Influence and collaborate with key stakeholders (i.e., engineering, product, architecture) to navigate ambiguity and implement planning strategies.
- Serve as the team's recognized subject matter expert, staying current on network technologies and developing best practices.
- Utilize data analysis and modeling to forecast future demands and clearly articulate planning strategies, risks, and recommendations to executive leadership.
