We are currently looking for a Senior/Staff Product Manager (AI Agents) in United Kingdom.We are seeking an experienced Senior/Staff Product Manager to lead the development of intelligent AI agents that enhance and transform recruiting workflows. In this role, you will combine product strategy, user empathy, and technical acumen to guide cross-functional teams in designing AI-driven experiences that are both highly efficient and delightful for users. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to define roadmaps, prioritize features, and ensure the delivery of solutions with tangible business impact. This is a high-visibility role with opportunities to shape the future of AI in SaaS products, influence stakeholders, and drive innovation in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment. Accountabilities:Define, prioritize, and execute the product roadmap for AI-driven agent experiences.Lead cross-functional teams to build empathetic, intelligent, and semi-autonomous AI agents.Conduct user research and analyze behavioral metrics to inform product decisions.Translate complex requirements into high-level flows, technical specifications, and actionable tasks.Collaborate with product marketing, design, and engineering teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.Act as a product evangelist, inspiring stakeholders and team members on the vision and impact of AI initiatives.Manage dependencies across teams, ensuring smooth execution of multi-agent experiences.RequirementsProven experience in product management, preferably in SaaS or B2B environments.Hands-on experience building conversational AI and intelligent agent systems.Strong technical understanding of AI agent design, automation workflows, and product architecture.Excellent stakeholder management skills, including leadership, external partners, and GTM alignment.Deep understanding of user behavior, conversion metrics, and user-centered design.Strong collaboration, active listening, and communication skills.Empathy, curiosity, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, iterative environment.Fluent in English, both written and spoken.Nice to Have:Experience with multi-agent systems and end-to-end AI orchestration.Familiarity with metrics-driven product management and user feedback loops.Prior experience in enterprise-scale recruiting or HR technology.
