
As our Senior or Staff Brand Designer, you’ll help define and express Eigen’s brand identity across every touchpoint—from our marketing site and launch campaigns to product surfaces, events, and internal storytelling. This is a new function at Eigen, giving you the opportunity to push the boundaries of brand design and shape how a category-defining technology brand comes to life.
You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, product, and leadership to craft a brand system that’s as innovative and impactful as the technology it represents. The ideal candidate is both a conceptual thinker and a master craftsperson—someone who can translate abstract ideas about trust, verifiability, and openness into clear, emotionally resonant design.
You will own defining and leading creative direction at Eigen. This will percolate across all our creative assets and customer touchpoints including our brand book, asset library, motion system, web properties, and sales material. You will work with internal stakeholders to deliver beautiful and effective visual assets.

This is a full-time position that is fully remote or located with the largely Seattle-based team.
The target salary range for this role is $170,000 - $240,000 USD. The listed range reflects compensation for candidates located in U.S. Tier 1 markets and may vary depending on your location. In addition to base salary, total compensation may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards.
