Job Title: Senior Sales Representative

Onsite: Coldwater, MI

Salary Range: $75,000 to $120,000

Job Description

For this position, we view this as a salary-only position. Customers will call in orders and the person in this position will go through our inventory and select the material to meet the customers’ orders.

The Role:

• As the Senior Sales Representative, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with customers throughout the US, generating new leads, and promoting Client’s products.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities will include identifying sales opportunities, traveling to customers, negotiating and closing deals, collaborating with the Production team as well as Managing Support Staff to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in wood veneer/wood products sales or a customer service role in the wood products/forestry industry.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and close sales opportunities, negotiate and manage contracts, and build strong customer relationships.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Spanish language a plus.

Must Have: Wood Veneer Purchasing or Sales Experience

Good to have: Currently working for a wood veneer company

Pay Range: $75,000 to $120,000 yearly

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
