What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):Develop and execute strategies for business growth and achieving sales goals in the West AreaAchieve profitable sales volume, market share, and key financial performance objectivesLead and coach the sales organization’s management team, fostering a culture of accountability and high performanceEstablish and maintain productive relationships with customers and cliniciansDrive sales processes and organizational design to optimize performance and outcomes

What is Required (Qualifications):Bachelor’s degreeMinimum 15 years of prior sales and/or sales leadership experience, or a Master’s degree with at least 13 years of experienceMinimum of 10 years of managerial experienceMedical device sales experience with a proven track record of managing a full P&LWillingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 75% of the time; domestic and international)
