To thrive in this role, we’re seeking candidates with a minimum of 4+ years of Project Management experience. Your proficiency in healthcare enterprise products will be highly advantageous in this role.Β

About the projectβ€―Β 

Project 1: Developed a platform enabling real-time verification of user eligibility and monitoring of changes in eligibility statuses. This system utilizes predefined criteria for comparison and analytics, offering automated tracking of discrepancies and efficient updates. It was tailored for industries requiring high-accuracy validation, ensuring compliance and reducing operational overhead.Β 
Project 2: Contributed to a SaaS platform supporting employee recognition, incentive management, and service anniversary programs on a global scale. The solution was highly configurable, designed to meet diverse organizational needs through an intuitive interface. The platform focused on fostering employee engagement and enhancing workplace culture,Β leveraging cutting-edge cloud technology.Β 

Requirements:Β Β 

  • Demonstrated proficiency in project management for a minimum of 3 years.
  • Proven ability to lead teams of 15 people or more, fostering motivation and teamwork.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and project management skills, experienced in business and system analysis, stakeholder engagement, and backlog prioritization.
  • Proficient in customer communication, fostering client relationships, and managing enterprise-level projects with a focus on achieving business goals.
  • AdvancedΒ proficiency in English, with excellent facilitation and presentation abilities.Β 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the execution of one medium-sized project and multiple smaller projects.
  • Establish and maintain development processes, providing leadership and coordination for the development team.
  • Monitor team performance, generate progress reports, and communicate updates effectively to stakeholders.Β

Schedule: 5/2, 8-hour working day (40 hr per week), flexible schedule. β€―β€―Β
