Responsibilities:

  1. Lead user growth strategies across key LATAM markets, focusing on acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
  2. Drive marketing operations, including campaign execution, channel optimization, and ROI tracking to maximize growth impact.
  3. Partner with product operations to refine user journeys, improve conversion funnels, and enhance overall product adoption.
  4. Support product marketing efforts by launching new features, partnerships, and go-to-market strategies to increase user awareness and adoption.
  5. Conduct tactical analysis to evaluate performance metrics, diagnose challenges, and deliver actionable insights for growth improvement.
  6. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (marketing, product, BD, ops, data science, customer support) to align resources and achieve growth goals.
  7. Independently design and execute initiatives in competitive environments while also coordinating large-scale programs with regional teams.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in growth, marketing operations, product operations, or product marketing within tech, fintech, or related industries.
  2. Proven track record of delivering measurable user growth outcomes through data-driven strategies and tactical execution.
  3. Strong analytical mindset; hands-on experience with performance dashboards, funnel analysis, and ROI measurement.
  4. Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities independently.
  5. Bilingual proficiency in English + Spanish or Portuguese to coordinate effectively across regional markets.
  6. Experience in LATAM markets is highly preferred; additional exposure to global regions (Europe, Asia, Middle East) is a plus.
