As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead cross-functional initiatives, collaborating with engineering, design, and clinical operations teams to deliver impactful product solutions. Accountabilities·         Identify high-impact problems and define product solutions that address user needs and business objectives.·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and clinical operations, to develop product roadmaps and deliverables.·         Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle: from problem identification, solution design, requirements documentation, to successful product launch.·         Facilitate quick decision-making by providing clear context and priorities for engineering and design teams.·         Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, promoting continuous learning and effective communication across departments.·         Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.·         Engage directly with end users and stakeholders to gather feedback, validate assumptions, and refine product solutions. Requirements·         5+ years of experience in Product Management, working closely with engineering and design teams and managing cross-functional stakeholders.·         Experience with healthcare software, such as pharmacy management systems or electronic health records (EHRs), strongly preferred.·         Proven ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative, actionable solutions.·         Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.·         Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.·         Ability to balance competing priorities and drive initiatives in a fast-paced environment.·         Empathetic and inclusive approach to teamwork, fostering healthy discussions and collaboration.
