We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager in the United States.We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the development of innovative educational products that enhance learning outcomes and empower both students and educators. In this role, you will define product strategy, identify key opportunities, and transform insights into actionable product features that have measurable impact. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, analytics, and customer-facing teams, to ensure seamless execution and high-quality delivery. This role requires balancing strategic vision with tactical execution, mentoring other product managers, and contributing to a culture of experimentation, data-driven decisions, and user-centered design. AccountabilitiesDefine product vision, goals, and opportunity assessments for areas of ownership, focusing on features that support learning and assessment.Prioritize short-term initiatives while aligning with longer-term strategic objectives.Write actionable user stories and acceptance criteria that reflect business value, technical feasibility, and user needs.Partner with analytics, revenue operations, and customer insights teams to leverage data for decision-making.Collaborate with engineering, design, and program management to deliver product enhancements on schedule.Work with marketing and sales teams to support go-to-market strategies and ensure consistent user experiences across products.Mentor and develop other product managers, fostering skill growth and team alignment.Engage with cross-functional teams, including support, global PMs, and customers, to understand user experiences and inform product decisions.RequirementsMinimum 3–4 years of experience in product management or related roles.Proven track record of delivering product strategies and achieving measurable outcomes.Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive product decisions.Deep empathy for users and experience designing products that meet real-world needs.Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence multiple teams.Experience in fast-paced, iterative environments that embrace experimentation.Ability to align cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities effectively.Experience in the education sector, content, or standards frameworks is a plus but not required.
