Accountabilities: • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with company goals, emphasizing automation and AI capabilities. • Create and maintain detailed product roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives based on business value, customer feedback, and technical feasibility. • Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful product launches, fostering alignment and effective communication across teams. • Conduct market research, gather customer feedback, and analyze data to inform product decisions and champion the voice of the customer. • Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept through launch, ensuring quality and timely delivery. • Define and track KPIs to measure product success and optimize performance using data-driven insights. • Mentor and guide junior team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation. Requirements • Minimum 5 years of product management experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or lead role. • Experience in software or technology industries, with preference for automation or workflow management solutions. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a data-driven mindset. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels. • Proven track record leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget. • Deep understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and translating insights into actionable product requirements. • Solid technical acumen, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
