We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager in the United States.As a Senior Product Manager, you will drive the vision, strategy, and execution of innovative automation and AI-driven solutions. You will work closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver products that enhance customer efficiency and satisfaction. This role requires balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution, ensuring that products are delivered on time, meet customer needs, and support growth objectives. You will gather and analyze customer insights, define metrics, and optimize product performance while mentoring junior team members. Collaborating across departments, you will champion customer-focused solutions and lead initiatives that make a tangible impact on business outcomes. Accountabilities: • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with company goals, emphasizing automation and AI capabilities. • Create and maintain detailed product roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives based on business value, customer feedback, and technical feasibility. • Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful product launches, fostering alignment and effective communication across teams. • Conduct market research, gather customer feedback, and analyze data to inform product decisions and champion the voice of the customer. • Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept through launch, ensuring quality and timely delivery. • Define and track KPIs to measure product success and optimize performance using data-driven insights. • Mentor and guide junior team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation. Requirements • Minimum 5 years of product management experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or lead role. • Experience in software or technology industries, with preference for automation or workflow management solutions. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a data-driven mindset. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels. • Proven track record leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget. • Deep understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and translating insights into actionable product requirements. • Solid technical acumen, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
