We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager in the United States.This role offers the opportunity to lead the development and strategy of a sophisticated AI-driven product designed to transform complex information into actionable insights. You will work closely with engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders to define the vision, roadmap, and user experience, ensuring the product delivers measurable value to end-users. The position requires a balance of technical fluency, strategic thinking, and customer empathy to solve complex problems in a dynamic environment. With significant influence over product direction and cross-functional collaboration, you will drive innovation and support mission-critical outcomes. The role is remote with flexibility, and occasional travel may be required to engage with clients and internal teams. AccountabilitiesDevelop and maintain the product vision and strategy for AI-driven decision-support tools.Conduct market research, gather customer feedback, and test new concepts to inform backlog and roadmap priorities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver product features and functionality.Write clear, actionable user stories that focus teams on delivering user value every sprint.Advocate for customer needs, ensuring products solve real problems effectively.Work alongside other product managers to align initiatives across product lines.Promote a user-centered culture and actively contribute to process improvements. RequirementsExtensive experience as a Product Manager, collaborating with engineers, designers, and domain experts to build intuitive, user-focused products.Experience working with data scientists to integrate AI and machine learning into product workflows.Strong initiative and ability to drive momentum in a rapidly changing environment.Familiarity with PM tools for discovery and delivery, including prototyping and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to engage stakeholders effectively and balance competing priorities.Preferred: experience creating products for government users, advanced analytics, natural language processing, large language models, or generative AI.Clearance eligibility may be required for certain programs.
