We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager in the United States.In this role, you will oversee the performance and optimization of a high-impact ad-tech platform, managing both client-facing and internal-facing product features. You will drive operational excellence, support business teams, and ensure data-driven improvements through experimentation and A/B testing. This position combines strategic product ownership with hands-on involvement in backlog management, feature enhancements, and platform education. You will collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to align optimization efforts with business objectives. The role demands analytical expertise, technical understanding of programmatic advertising, and a focus on maximizing performance and revenue outcomes. Working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, you will help shape the platform’s success while fostering knowledge sharing and operational efficiency. AccountabilitiesServe as the first-line product contact for business teams, supporting 150+ live platform features and addressing operational issues.Manage and prioritize the product backlog, author product tickets, PRDs, and related documentation for features under your ownership.Lead adoption and enablement of experimentation and A/B testing capabilities to drive measurable platform improvements.Partner with business and product teams to design, launch, and analyze experiments, translating results into actionable feature enhancements.Document platform business logic and maintain comprehensive knowledge to ensure effective knowledge transfer across teams.Collaborate with leadership and other product managers to align optimization efforts with broader business goals. RequirementsHands-on product management experience in ad monetization platforms integrated with Prebid, Google Ad Manager, or similar ecosystems.Deep understanding of desktop display advertising and programmatic concepts (header bidding, auction dynamics, bid flooring, traffic shaping).Proven success in data-driven revenue optimization using experimentation and A/B testing methodologies.Experience managing product lifecycles, including triage, backlog ownership, and iterative feature refinement.Technical proficiency to understand and document complex business logic and data product interactions.Strong analytical skills and ability to work in fast-paced, evolving environments.Business-level verbal and written English.Strongly desired: video/rich media ad formats, audience profiling/identity technologies, SQL and BI tools, mobile app monetization, ML/AI-driven features, recognized product management certifications (CSPO, PMI-ACP).BenefitsCompetitive salary and compensation package (varies by location).Flexible hybrid/remote working options.Professional development opportunities and exposure to leading ad-tech innovations.Inclusive and diverse work environment fostering collaboration and growth.Benefits package tailored to your location, including health, wellness, and retirement options.
