We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager in the United States.This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a high-impact product initiative, taking it from concept to market while shaping the strategy, vision, and roadmap. The Senior Product Manager will guide a small, cross-functional team, define customer segments, develop innovative solutions, and measure outcomes to ensure alignment with organizational goals. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, drive go-to-market strategies, and oversee performance metrics to optimize product impact. AccountabilitiesDefine the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Lead the go-to-market strategy, including messaging, segmentation, pricing, and adoption planning.Analyze customer workflows, pain points, and decision-making processes to inform product direction.Manage end-to-end product execution, balancing innovation, feature development, and operational needs.Establish KPIs, success metrics, and north star indicators to measure product and team performance.Coach and develop team members, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.Facilitate continuous improvement and iterative optimization based on data, feedback, and retrospectives.Engage with stakeholders and executive leadership to report progress, milestones, and strategic insights.Requirements5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years leading cross-functional teams.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced education preferred.Proven experience driving go-to-market strategies and product adoption.Strong data-driven and analytical orientation for product decision-making.Experience taking a product from 0-1 is highly desirable.Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to lead change in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Inclusive leadership style, fostering team engagement and valuing diverse perspectives.Strategic thinker with situational awareness, adaptive leadership, and conflict resolution skills.BenefitsSalary range: $125,000 – $150,000 annually.Fully remote work with flexibility.Generous vacation and paid time off policies.Health, dental, and vision insurance options.Professional development and career growth opportunities.Supportive, collaborative, mission-driven work environment.
