About the Team/RoleThe Guardrails & Growth Systems team at WEX is responsible for managing risk across the organization, including financial crime, credit risk, and money movement safety. This team plays a critical role in ensuring compliance while enabling scalable business growth.As a Senior Product Manager, Process Transformation, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of process automation initiatives, helping transform highly manual operational workflows into scalable, efficient systems. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan.
