About the Team/RoleThis Lead Product Manager, Identity Platform role sits within the Customer & Enterprise Experience organization and is responsible for driving WEX’s enterprise-wide identity strategy. This is a highly visible, board-level initiative focused on delivering a unified identity and single sign-on (SSO) experience across all WEX product lines. The role will define and execute a long-term vision for identity, ensuring secure, seamless, and scalable user experiences while reducing fraud risk. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan.
