We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager, Member Experience in United States.As a Senior Product Manager, Member Experience, you will lead the strategy and execution of next-generation member-facing experiences across multiple digital platforms. You will define the roadmap, deliver personalized in-app journeys, and create insights that drive measurable health outcomes for members. This role requires balancing data-driven decision-making with creative problem-solving, shipping fast experiments, and scaling successful solutions across mobile, web, chat, and voice interfaces. You will collaborate closely with design, engineering, and analytics teams, while incorporating user research and feedback to inform priorities. Your work will directly influence member satisfaction, engagement, and long-term retention, contributing to the broader organizational mission of improving health outcomes. This position offers the opportunity to shape a consumer-grade product that impacts people’s daily lives in meaningful ways. Accountabilities: • Own the strategy and roadmap for member-facing digital experiences, aligning initiatives to key activation, retention, and outcome metrics. • Design, build, and ship core journeys across app, web, chat, and voice channels. • Write clear UX briefs, PRDs, and acceptance criteria; partner with design, engineering, and QA to move ideas from concept to launch. • Lead user discovery through interviews, usability tests, and diary studies; synthesize insights into actionable product decisions. • Translate insights and research into narratives that guide product prioritization and experimentation. • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive, scalable, and high-quality member experiences. • Monitor metrics and iterate quickly on features to optimize engagement and outcomes. Requirements • 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years focused on member-facing mobile/web UX. • Demonstrated experience with metrics-driven decision making, A/B testing, KPI definition, and cohort analysis; familiarity with analytics tools and SQL a plus. • Strong skills in user discovery and product delivery, including journey mapping, usability testing, and prioritization under ambiguity. • Excellent collaboration skills, able to work effectively with design, engineering, and QA teams. • Ability to translate complex user insights into clear product requirements and actionable roadmaps. • U.S.-based and authorized to work for any employer in the United States; no new visa sponsorships offered at this time.Preferred Skills: • Experience in subscription-based or health-related consumer products. • Familiarity with mobile-first product development and omnichannel member experiences. • Strong storytelling skills for communicating product strategy and outcomes. • Passion for health, wellness, and improving user engagement through digital experiences.
