Your work will directly impact user trust, engagement, and lifetime value by increasing adoption, utilization, and repeat usage while maintaining strong credit performance.This role sits at the intersection of Product, Risk/Underwriting, Data, and Engineering and is ideal for a product manager who enjoys solving complex, high-impact problems in a core fintech product.What you’ll be doingOptimize core Instant Cash product metrics, including feature adoption, utilization, repeat usage, and delinquencyLead the development of new and improved Instant Cash features that make the product more valuable, intuitive, and differentiated for usersPartner closely with Underwriting and Risk to design eligibility, credit limit, and usage experiences that balance user outcomes with credit performanceDeliver initiatives that responsibly increase access to Instant Cash, improving activation, engagement, and retention.Use experimentation and analysis to evaluate tradeoffs between user value, unit economics, and riskShip quickly, learn from data and user behavior, and scale successful features in a regulated product environmentAlign cross-functional stakeholders around clear priorities, decisions, and measurable outcomesWhat you have4-5 years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, lending, or consumer financial productsExperience owning core product surfaces or flows with meaningful impact on usage, retention, or riskStrong intuition for user needs paired with a metrics- and experimentation-driven approach to decision-makingExperience working closely with data science, underwriting, or risk partners on decisioning or eligibility-related problemsComfort operating in ambiguity and driving complex initiatives from concept through scaled executionExcellent communication skills and the ability to influence across functionsNice to HaveBackground in credit products, underwriting, or consumer lending riskExperience building or iterating on products where utilization and repeat usage are key success driversFamiliarity with experimentation in regulated or risk-sensitive industriesThe anticipated annual base salary for this position is $155,000 - $180,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits for which an individual may be eligible (other benefits listed below).
