As Senior Product Manager, you will be a strategic product leader operating at the intersection of revenue, product, and payments infrastructure. You will play an important role in the growth of a global SaaS platform that helps traders automate their strategies and manage portfolios across multiple exchanges.
With hundreds of thousands of users worldwide, we’re evolving our monetization model to deliver frictionless payments, intelligent pricing, and a best-in-class subscription experience.
This role combines hands-on product execution with ownership of revenue outcomes. You will own and optimize how 3Commas earns revenue — from the moment a user starts a trial to long-term retention and expansion. You’ll design, test, and scale the systems that drive conversion, payments, and lifetime value across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full subscription and billing experience — trials, upgrades, renewals, cancellations, and failed payments.
- Optimize the payment funnel — identify drop-offs, improve conversion, and continuously test and iterate payment flows.
- Lead monetization and retention strategy — design and execute pricing, trial, upsell, cross-sell, and win-back initiatives.
- Evaluate and manage global PSP integrations — Stripe, Paddle, Recurly, Adyen, and local acquirers.
- Act as the internal expert on which payment solutions are best per region (US focus first, then EU, LATAM, APAC).
- Align payment operations with compliance — KYC/AML, PCI DSS, sanctions, and local regulation requirements.
- Define and track revenue KPIs — trial-to-paid conversion, churn, transaction success rate, ARPU, and retention.
- Maintain a clear payment & monetization roadmap aligned with company goals and product direction.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, CX, and Finance to align growth initiatives and improve overall monetization performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product or growth management within fintech, payments, or subscription SaaS.
- Hands-on experience with PSP integrations (Stripe, Paddle, Recurly, or similar) — not just managing vendors but selecting and optimizing them.
- Deep understanding of recurring billing, chargebacks, refunds, and payout flows.
- Proven success in monetization, retention, and conversion optimization.
- Proficiency with analytics and experimentation tools (Amplitude, Power BI, SQL, GA).
- Strong grasp of API-driven payment systems and ability to translate documentation into product requirements.
- Fluent in English.
- Global mindset; experience launching or managing payments across multiple regions (US, EU, LATAM, APAC).
Nice to Have
- Experience with CRM and lifecycle marketing systems (HubSpot, Braze, etc.).
- Familiarity with local payment methods (iDEAL, Sofort, PIX, M-Pesa, etc.).
- Understanding of regional compliance nuances and transaction constraints.
- Experience building or managing a growth or payments team.
