We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our content roadmap and collaborate closely with our creative studios, driving the growth of our Class 3 business line. This role will work with the Class 3 Commercial Gaming Ops product team to define a 12–18 month strategy for the product portfolio, guiding products from concept through execution and eventual decommission.You will serve as both a problem solver and a skilled negotiator, partnering with creative teams and business units to ensure our content roadmap remains the best in the industry. With high insight into senior leadership, this position will involve aligning cross-functional teams, leading priorities, and securing the features and timelines needed to deliver world-class products.What You'll DoDrive our content roadmap and partner with our creative studioThe role will be key in developing the content roadmap for our Gaming Ops businessSupport the development of our Game Sales content RoadmapsWork with creative teams and business units to ensure the gaming ops content roadmap is the best in the industry.You will be the expert on all things game-related and be able to communicate a vision on product strategy to different audiencesPartner with different internal teams to negotiate features and timelines that ensure your products are best-in-class.Partners with your team to coordinate the entire Aristocrat Games portfolio and its strategic objectivesSupervise the content roadmap for Aristocrats Gaming Ops portfolioPartner with studios to tackle problems and gaps in the marketBuild requirements and ensure all games are meeting our strategic goalsSolve problems every day, trying to ensure that the best games get to marketUndertake research and build insights on the market to equip development teamsUnderstand how to communicate critical information to different audiencesYou will prioritize new feature development and balance many projects at onceYou will have to think ‘Big Picture’ and long term by planning out 2 years in advance or longerUnderstands technical language and can simplify it for different audiencesMake decisions quickly and back them up with dataTravel domestically to understand different markets for your product line.What We're Looking For3+ years of experience in product management, with experience in slots highly preferred.Demonstrate initiative and are a self-starter in everything you doA curiosity about slots and the gaming industry is crucialExcellent written and verbal communication skillsOutstanding attention to detailExperience in understanding and presenting product visionAble to understand different technical requirements and interpret themAble to wear multiple ‘hats’ and work with different teams, from creative to business departmentsBe a teammate with the ability to work within collaborative environmentsStrong problem-solving and analytical abilitiesWhy Aristocrat?Aristocrat is a world leader in gaming content and technology, and a top-tier publisher of free-to-play mobile games.
