We value the flexibility of remote work and enjoy opportunities to collaborate in person on occasion.The Senior Product Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of product strategies that drive the success of our automation solutions. You will work closely with engineering and design counterparts on a product team, as well as cross-functionally with stakeholders across the company, to deliver solutions that meet the needs of our customers and support the company's growth objectives, including developing intelligent automation and AI-driven capabilities..Responsibilities:Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company's vision and goals. Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve customer outcomes and create differentiation. Roadmap Planning: Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap that outlines key features, enhancements, and milestones. Prioritize initiatives based on business value, customer feedback, and technical feasibility. Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate across the organization to ensure successful product launches. Facilitate effective communication and alignment across departments. Customer Insights: Conduct market research, gather customer feedback, and analyze usage data to inform product decisions. Champion the voice of the customer throughout the product development process. Execution: Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to launch. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that meet customer expectations and business objectives. Metrics and KPIs: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize product performance. Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Provide leadership and direction to drive team success. Requirements:Experience: Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role. Experience in the software or technology industry, with preference towards those with a history in automation or workflow management solutions. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. MBA or advanced degree is a plus. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Leadership: Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve their best work. Customer Focus: Deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics. Ability to translate customer insights into actionable product requirements and features. Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of software development processes and technologies.
