Overview This position is within the Product Management division, which is accountable for the success of our software solutions by working cross-functionally with teams that develop, market, sell and support them. The Opportunity ConstructConnect is seeking a strategic Senior Product Manager to join our Atlanta office. In this role, you will maximize the value of our customer-facing products by determining the relative cost and benefits of various initiatives, driving executive-level decision making, instilling Voice of the Customer in the decision process, and ensuring successful product launches.At ConstructConnect, we embrace looking at old problems from a new perspective and are searching for a Senior Product Manager who wants to think differently about how the commercial construction industry does business. We use metrics to measure our performance and are seeking a Senior Product Manager who wants to help us move the industry forward with innovation. Responsibilities What You’ll Be Doing Product Strategy & VisionExecute and maintain product vision and strategy that aligns with company objectivesDevelop comprehensive product roadmaps (minimum 2-3 quarters ahead) with clear business justificationsPerform robust financial analysis to evaluate new product ideas and feature enhancementsIdentify and prioritize market opportunities through competitive analysis and industry trends  Product Development & ExecutionEmbrace our agile product development process that uses continuous discovery habits and the Product Operating Model, as defined by SVPGLead design thinking exercises to explore and define solutions for identified product opportunitiesDefine product requirements at the 'epic level' and collaborate with Product Designers and Tech LeadsEstablish, track, and measure success using well-defined KPIs tied to business and customer outcomesCustomer & Market FocusDrive customer satisfaction initiatives and regularly lead discovery sessions with customersFocus on Voice of the Customer, Voice of the Organization, and product metrics to inform decision-makingHelp identify business opportunities to integrate with other software vendorsServe as the go-to expert on assigned products, fostering a deep understanding of capabilities and competitive positioningLeadership & InfluenceCommunicate product vision, roadmap, and customer insights to leadership and stakeholdersWork cross-functionally to manage dependencies and ensure seamless executionBe a product evangelist both internally and externallyLeverage expertise in emerging technologies, particularly AI/ML, to enhance product capabilitiesThis job description in no way implies that the duties listed here are the only ones that team members can be required to perform Qualifications What You Bring to the Team  Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related fieldMBA degree from an accredited institutionMinimum 5 years' experience in product management or product analyst roleExperience working for a software-as-a-service companyDemonstrated track record of successfully launching and growing software productsExperience with agile development methodologies and product lifecycle managementGeneral understanding of AI capabilities and terminologyStrong metrics and financial analysis skillsSuperior decision-making, analytical, and time management skillsAbility to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersPreferred QualificationsExperience in or knowledge of the commercial construction industryExperience with construction or estimating softwareExperience leading cross-functional teamsProduct certification (e.g., CSPO, CPO)Experience with product analytics toolsPersonal AttributesStrategic thinking with a high level of business acumenResults-oriented and action-drivenExceptional organizational and communication skillsAdaptability and comfort working in ambiguous environmentsTechnical savvy and quick learnerPhysical Demands and Work EnvironmentThe physical activities of this position include frequent sitting, telephone communication, and working on a computer for extended periods.
