This role owns day-to-day product execution, including gathering requirements, writing user stories, and maintaining a clear product backlog and roadmap. The Sr. Product Manager partners closely with engineering, sales, operations, and support to balance immediate exhibitor needs with long-term strategic priorities, while remaining aligned with Versant’s broader global cinema and ticketing strategy.Job Duties:Own overall functional product quality and outcomes across the Fandango One B2B platformLead cross-functional teams to execute product strategy and tactical roadmap, translating internal and external feedback into clear, actionable user storiesDefine product positioning, messaging, success metrics, and reporting frameworksPartner with engineering to develop, test, and launch features, owning the full product lifecycle using tools such as JIRA and ConfluenceProvide regular status updates, insights, and risk assessments to senior leadershipManage betas and proof-of-concept initiatives with exhibitor partners, leveraging in-theater and on-site customer experiences when appropriateCreate and maintain user documentation and enablement materials for new and existing featuresDevelop deep empathy for cinema operators and staff, identifying product gaps and opportunities to improve exhibitor workflows and guest experiencesAct as a functional product subject-matter expert and feature evangelist across internal and external teamsStay current on industry trends across cinema technology, ticketing, POS systems, and global exhibition marketsProactively identify, prioritize, and resolve product issuesLead agile product ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and prioritizationQualificationsBasic Qualifications:3+ years of agile product management experienceExperience managing multiple concurrent and complex initiatives and driving them to completionStrong understanding of the full product lifecycle with emphasis on development and implementationProven ability to lead, influence, and motivate cross-functional teamsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to clearly communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to analyze data and make informed product decisionsExperience presenting product status and insights to senior leadershipStrong background in writing user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteriaExcellent interpersonal, presentation, and collaboration skillsAbility to work autonomously in a fast-paced environmentDesired Characteristics:Experience with collaboration and planning tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and RoadmunkKnowledge of cinema operations, ticketing, or exhibitor-facing systemsBachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related fieldExperience with UI/UX design principles and wireframing tools such as Sketch or FigmaExperience with point-of-sale, ticketing, or commerce platformsExperience working with cloud-based technology and global-scale platformsWillingness to travel occasionally to partner cinemas and offices around the worldFully Remote: This role has been designated as fully remote, meaning it is expected to be performed from a non-Versant worksite, typically an employee’s residence.
