Built for growth that drives real outcomes.The RoleWe're hiring a Senior Performance Marketing Lead to own paid acquisition strategy and execution across a portfolio of Roveir and Roveia Health client accounts.This is a senior, multi-channel role. You're not a specialist on one platform — you run Meta and Google as your core channels and you're comfortable across YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn when the account calls for it.You'll own performance across your accounts end-to-end: strategy, structure, optimization, testing, and reporting. You'll work closely with creative teams, account managers, and the founder to drive measurable results for clients.Agency experience is non-negotiable.
