Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 9 years of experience in marketing working across one or more marketing fields (i.e., growth, product marketing, brand marketing, social).
- Experience with enterprise/LOB and developer customer segments.
- Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience working with public cloud or generative AI companies.

- MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
- Experience setting cross-team strategies and execution plans.

As a Senior Partner Marketing Manager for our GenAI partnerships, you will be a pivotal leader in defining and executing co-marketing strategies that significantly impact market perception, drive demand, and accelerate business growth. You will operate as a dedicated marketing leader, guiding and accelerating the key GenAI partnerships within our growing GenAI ecosystem. This role involves building and nurturing high-impact co-marketing strategies and execution plans, including demand generation, awareness, thought leadership and events for this highly visible partnership. You will navigate cross-functional landscapes, influence senior stakeholders, and leverage data-driven insights to achieve ambitious joint business objectives, ensuring the partnership delivers substantial value to both Google Cloud and our partners.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $165,000-$245,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Drive the integration of GenAI partnerships into Google Cloud's marketing campaigns and events, collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and pipeline growth.
Oversee program management and analyze performance data to measure results and ROI for co-marketing activities. Manage co-funding dollars and agencies for marketing initiatives.
Drive the creation of compelling joint messaging and content, including customer references, to differentiate Google Cloud and partner solutions.
Cultivate relationships with leaders at both our GenAI partners and Google Cloud to build consensus. Act as a "go-to" expert, providing strategic recommendations and market insights to senior leadership.
- Lead the development and execution of a co-marketing strategy with GenAI partners, aligning with Google Cloud's priorities to build demand and market presence.
