Location : Work from home  (Canada)  Here’s how you will contribute to the success of the company  At Sherweb, we work to simplify the cloud for IT professionals so they can focus on what matters most, helping their customers succeed.  As Senior Partner Acquisition Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in driving Sherweb’s growth by defining and leading our strategy for acquiring new partners. You will ensure we have a clear, focused and effective approach to attracting, engaging and converting new partners into our ecosystem.  Working closely with Growth Marketing Managers and cross-functional teams, you will guide how campaigns and initiatives come together, ensuring everything aligns with business priorities and delivers measurable impact.  Here’s what your day-to-day will look like in this role Define and lead acquisition strategy  Define Sherweb’s go-to-market strategy for new partner acquisition  Identify target audiences, opportunities and growth priorities  Ensure all acquisition efforts are aligned with business objectives  Own acquisition performance  Be accountable for pipeline growth, partner quality and acquisition results  Monitor performance and adjust strategy based on insights and outcomes  Ensure success is measured based on meaningful business impact  Drive roadmap and prioritization  Own and manage the acquisition roadmap  Prioritize initiatives based on impact and business value  Make trade-offs across competing opportunities  Guide campaigns and programs  Partner with Growth Marketing Managers to shape campaigns and initiatives  Provide direction and guardrails to ensure alignment with acquisition goals  Ensure consistency across channels without owning execution  Improve conversion and partner activation  Define how prospects move from awareness to becoming active partners  Identify gaps in conversion and onboarding  Set direction to improve activation and engagement  Align cross-functional teams  Work closely with marketing, sales, product and partner teams  Ensure all stakeholders are aligned on acquisition priorities  Help drive decisions forward and remove blockers Here’s what you need to have and master to get the job   Must-Haves  6 to 10+ years of experience in marketing, growth or product marketing  Strong experience defining go-to-market strategies  Proven ability to drive business outcomes and growth initiatives  Strong collaboration and cross-functional leadership skills  Ability to prioritize, make decisions and manage competing priorities   Nice to Have  Experience in B2B SaaS, cloud or partner ecosystems  Experience working in cross-functional or squad-based environments   Skills that will help you succeed  Strategic thinking and strong business acumen  Ability to translate strategy into actionable direction  Strong communication and alignment skills  Results-oriented mindset  Comfort working in a fast-paced and evolving environment   Benefits of working at Sherweb  Sherweb is, above all, an environment where the needs of our customers are at the heart of our actions.
