Senior Marketing Data Analyst

Role Description

As a remote Senior Marketing Data Analyst located in Atlanta, GA, Birmingham, AL, or Minneapolis, MN you will assist with cross-channel media performance analysis and reporting with the goal to partner across marketing for fast and accurate reporting. This role is responsible for driving analytics-based channel investment performance recommendations and influencing decisions throughout the organization.

  Lead and manage ad-hoc marketing analysis and reporting
  


• 
  Integrate media marketing analytics tools and agency partner inputs
  


• 
  Act as a Marketing SME of conceptualizing and developing data-driven, actionable business analysis
  


• 
  Provide updates on segment-level performance and optimization
  


• 
  Maintain vendor relationships to source data and refresh models
  


• 
  Tighten data integrations for specific attribution models
  


• 
  Build/support dashboard outputs
  


• 
  Collaborate on testing opportunities to gain insights across channels and tactics
  


• 
  Leverage market data to understand changes in competition and business performance
  


• 
  Provide hands-on, real-time analysis and recommendations
  

Qualifications

• 
  Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or similar STEM field
  


• 
  5 years of experience in strategic analytics
  


• 
  Experience in working with a variety of data sources, such as DMP, DSP, ad server data
  


• 
  Experience in Marketing Analytics
  


• 
  Expertise in Tableau, Google Analytics, or similar digital analytics tool
  


• 
  Experience in a consulting role or business advisory role
  


• 
  Experience with creating marketing reports utilizing strong analytical skills
  


• 
  Excellent attention to detail and executive presence
  


• 
  Experience developing relationships and driving influence
  


• 
  Understanding of marketing channels
  


• 
  Self-starter with the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  

Work Arrangement

Shipt considers candidates located near a Shipt office or workspace in Birmingham, San Francisco, or Minneapolis to be hybrid, which means that they have the flexibility to work from home (with leader approval) or at a Shipt office in order to facilitate the ability to innovate, collaborate, and spark team connections. In-office expectations will vary by role and leader. Certain roles may require in-office presence on a full-time basis.

Pay Range

Metro Areas of Boston, District of Columbia, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle and New York City: $112,000-$224,000

All other locations: $93,000-$187,000

Please note that the salary range above is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
