We are currently looking for a Senior/Lead Product Manager – Healthcare Vertical in United States.We are seeking a strategic and market-savvy Senior Product Manager to lead the Healthcare vertical, driving innovative mobile solutions that enhance the workflow and engagement of frontline healthcare workers. In this role, you will act as the voice of the healthcare customer, translating operational realities, market insights, and regulatory requirements into a compelling product roadmap. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to shape go-to-market strategies, optimize adoption, and deliver measurable business impact. This role blends deep industry understanding with product strategy, offering an opportunity to influence the experience of deskless workers and advance enterprise software solutions in a mission-driven, collaborative environment. Accountabilities:Define and own the strategy and roadmap for the Healthcare vertical, ensuring product initiatives deliver unique value to healthcare systems.Represent the voice of the healthcare worker, understanding the operational needs of deskless, shift-based employees in hospitals, clinics, and care teams.Champion mobile-first experiences that enable frontline staff to stay connected, informed, and engaged.Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to influence go-to-market strategies, messaging, and enablement for healthcare audiences.Collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership to prioritize roadmap initiatives that address healthcare-specific workflows and compliance requirements.Gather and analyze market, customer, and competitive insights to inform positioning, pricing, and product direction.Define and monitor success metrics, driving adoption, retention, and expansion within key accounts.Enable internal teams with deep industry knowledge, customer insights, and product expertise to strengthen market presence.Requirements4–7 years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, or hybrid PMM/PM roles within SaaS or enterprise software.Experience serving healthcare customers or adjacent regulated industries, where compliance, security, and workforce communication are critical.Proven ability to translate complex customer needs and market trends into actionable strategies and product narratives.Strong understanding of mobile-first user experiences and the needs of deskless and shift-based workers.Excellent communication, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive insights and decision-making.Familiarity with healthcare compliance frameworks (HIPAA, PHI) is a plus.Passion for improving workforce communication and engagement across healthcare organizations.BenefitsBase salary range: $100,000–$150,000, with actual pay based on experience, skills, and location.Comprehensive health benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.Paid time off (PTO) program and paid holidays.Remote work flexibility and supportive, collaborative work environment.Opportunities for professional growth and leadership development.Inclusive, mission-driven culture focused on connecting every worker, everywhere.
