About the RoleWells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Digital Product Manager to serve as a Level 2 (L2) Product Owner within the Vulnerability Management (VPM) product space. This role is accountable for strategic product leadership of enterprise‑scale digital capabilities that support cybersecurity risk management across the firm.This position operates with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility and is recognized as a strategic advisor and subject matter expert. The role leads the definition and execution of the vulnerability management product roadmap, establishes standards and governance across delivery teams, and drives alignment between Product Management, Engineering, Technology, and Cybersecurity partners. The Senior Lead Digital Product Manager navigates highly complex business and technical environments, influences senior leaders, and ensures consistent delivery, transparency, and value realization across the enterprise.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Product LeadershipServe as a senior‑level product owner accountable for defining, maintaining, and evolving the enterprise Vulnerability Management digital product strategy and roadmapAct as an advisor to senior leadership, influencing digital product strategies, investment priorities, and long‑term objectives for highly complex and high‑risk initiativesLead delivery of large‑scale, long‑term digital solutions requiring advanced analytical, inductive, and creative problem‑solvingEnterprise Execution & GovernanceEstablish and enforce enterprise product standards, including feature definition, dependency management, work classification (CTB/RTB), time tracking, and delivery status reportingChampion SDLC automation, process standardization, and reporting consistency to strengthen risk controls, transparency, and audit readinessProvide oversight and guidance for UAT planning, execution, and readiness, ensuring quality and compliance expectations are metParticipate in and influence sprint planning, backlog management, and release activities to ensure delivery aligns with strategic outcomesCross‑Functional Leadership & InfluenceLead coordination of highly complex, cross‑functional initiatives involving Product, Engineering, Technology, Security, and Operations teamsStrategically engage with leaders and professionals across the enterprise to drive alignment, clarity, and executionIdentify operational gaps and formalize processes that reduce friction, improve scalability, and enhance delivery efficiencyStrengthen stakeholder engagement models, including the Vulnerability Management front‑door intake and prioritization processRisk, Incident, and Continuous ImprovementDrive improvement of defect, issue, and incident management through established ServiceNow incident and triage processesEnsure work is appropriately traceable to intake requests, initiatives, and project identifiers, where applicableContribute to annual planning activities, tool evaluations, and assessments of emerging technologies and capabilitiesRequired Qualifications7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or educationDesired Qualifications3+ years of cybersecurity experience within a large financial institution3+ years of experience in vulnerability management and/or patch managementExperience working within enterprise SDLC, risk management, and regulatory control frameworksExperience establishing a vision, developing strategy to support the vision, and driving action towards the vision through effective management of roadmap, goals, and objectivesAdvanced level of experience including writing user stories, features, and prioritizing work to align to product roadmapProficiency with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as JiraDemonstrated ability to lead highly complex digital products with broad enterprise impactExperience influencing senior leaders and driving outcomes in a matrixed, regulated environmentJob ExpectationsAbility to travel up to 10% of the time.Ability to work a hybrid work schedule – 3 days a week on-site/in office and 2 days a week remote.This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorshipLocationsCharlotte, NCChandler, AZMinneapolis, MNIrving, TXIselin, NJPay Range Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position.
