Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Senior / Lead DevOps Engineer: Job Responsibilities Lead a team of DevOps engineers to design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment using tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD.Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible for automated provisioning and configuration of infrastructure resources.Configure and manage container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes, Docker Swarm, or Amazon ECS for containerized application deployment.Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or AWS CloudWatch to ensure system performance and security.Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure, processes, and procedures in a centralized knowledge base.Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot issues, optimize application performance, and implement best practices for scalability, reliability, and security.Provide technical leadership by conducting code, design, and architecture reviews to ensure quality and maintainability.Manage the release process for software applications and services in staging and production environments.Work closely with security teams to enforce policies and implement infrastructure security standards.Drive automation initiatives to streamline workflows and repetitive tasks for improved efficiency.Participate in capacity planning, load testing, and performance optimization activities.Monitor cloud infrastructure costs, analyze usage patterns, and implement cost-saving strategies, including rightsizing instances and optimizing resource utilization.Mentor and coach team members to foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Stay updated on emerging DevOps technologies, cloud computing trends, and industry best practices. Job Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role, with demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities.Strong understanding of DevOps principles, methodologies, and best practices.Proficiency in scripting/programming languages such as Python or Shell.Experience with CI/CD tools, version control systems (e.g., Git), and build automation tools.Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, or ECS.Expertise in infrastructure security and incident management practices.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage cross-functional collaboration.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Willingness to travel for collaboration with offshore teams.
