We're building innovative solutions for mobile banking users, digital payment users, and crypto enthusiasts. We're currently seeking a Senior iOS Engineer to lead a pod of 3-4 mobile developers. This role is entirely remote, offering work flexibility and the chance to join a dynamic, fast-growing team.
Position Overview
As a Remote Senior iOS Engineer, you will be responsible for leading a small team of mobile developers to design, build, and maintain our iOS applications. You will work closely with our product and design teams to deliver a seamless, high-quality user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a pod of 3-4 mobile developers, providing guidance and mentorship
- Design and build advanced applications for the iOS platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs in order to maintain code quality
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience with iOS development
- Proficient with Swift and Objective-C
- Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, etc.
- Experience with TestFlight, Play Store Console, GraphQL, Kotlin, TypeScript, Flutter/Dart
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services
- AWS Mobile Developer Certification or Google Mobile Web Specialist Certification
Preferred Qualifications
- Apple Developer Certification
- Experience working in a remote setting and comfortable using remote collaboration tools
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, and a proactive problem solver
