We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our consulting team. This role is ideal for a skilled professional passionate about driving automation, optimising CI/CD pipelines, and supporting the delivery of robust, secure, and scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities · Design, implement, and evolve CI/CD pipelines to meet customer needs. · Develop and maintain software automation solutions to improve products and services. · Provide mentoring and guidance to engineering and operations teams. · Prepare clear documentation on infrastructure, networks, products, and services. · Perform critical analysis of vendor/open-source technologies and recommend contingency options. · Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet business objectives. · Define and communicate infrastructure requirements, aligning with roadmaps and SLAs. Must-Have Qualifications: · Excellent knowledge of DevOps tools including Bamboo, Jira, BitBucket/GitLab, SonarQube, Coverity, and Artifactory/Nexus. · Hands-on experience with API Gateway products such as NGINX, WSO2, and/or Kong. · Proven experience with Red Hat OpenShift installation, configuration, and maintenance. · Strong expertise in Linux-based environments. · Proficient in automation using Python, shell scripting, etc. · Over 5 years of proven DevOps experience. Highly Desirable: · Good knowledge of document-oriented databases like Elasticsearch, Couchbase, etc. · Understanding of security protocols such as TLS, HTTPS, LDAPS. · Familiarity with infrastructure automation tools like Ansible, Chef, and Puppet. · Knowledge of Big Data technologies. · Experience with Jira administration and automation.
