BDR (Business Development Representative)

NexTrust is a leading provider of Billing & Payment solutions for healthcare and utility Billers and a preferred Partner for numerous billing applications. Our passion is to develop and deliver easy-to-use services that get providers paid faster and at a lower total cost through our platform, BillFlash – encompassing a suite of Billing, Payment, and Collections services.
Key job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
o Identify and prospect for target new referral partnerships
o Schedule initial and ongoing business development meetings with key decision-makers
o Use and leverage CRM to optimize results
o Work cross-functionally with appropriate NexTrust teams
o Identify opportunities to improve the current systems and processes
o Effectively communicate and coordinate both externally and internally
o Provide exceptional customer experiences in every interaction
Minimum Qualifications
o High energy, grit, tenacity, and optimism
o A can-do, entrepreneurial drive, focusing on solving problems creatively
o Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
o Organized and accountable
Preferred Qualifications
o 3+ years of documented sales success in a B2B role
o Documented history of achieving or exceeding quota
o Highly skilled with one or more sales methodologies

o Reports to the Chief Partnership Officer
o Location: Preferably In-Office (Lindon, UT)
o Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range: $24-$30 per hour, Depending on Experience (DOE)
On Target Earnings (OTE): $100K
