Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital
    media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital
    marketing role, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of client-facing experience in the online advertising industry (advertising agencies, ad networks, advertising technology companies or technical account management).
  • Experience in sales management and digital media products and services.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

As an Account Manager, you will act as a day-to-day liaison between clients regarding account performance, product launches, and opportunities in Google. You will also craft compelling narratives using data to drive results and campaign delivery. You will provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You will anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. You will set the goal and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to Google's advertisers. Identify and solve client problems proactively and creatively.
  • Learn and work with Google's ongoing development of advertiser products to maximize client campaign results.
  • Understand Big Data and business intelligence market trends.
