Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA , with a focus on Sales Order Management / OTC . Background in FMCG and/or (Pet) Food sectors . Hands-on experience with EDI configuration and customer integration. Comfortable working with a diverse customer base (pet specialty, grocery, DSD). Project management experience on SAP S/4 integration projects : testing, cut-over, and hypercare support.
