As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you'll navigate a hybrid work environment, engaging with multiple project teams to optimize sales processes and support strategic initiatives on the second shift (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM).
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline and enhance sales operations.
- Utilize Salesforce and HubSpot to manage and analyze sales data, providing actionable insights.
- Coordinate sales enablement activities using Outreach.io and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Support the development and execution of sales strategies and campaigns.
- Maintain and update customer databases with tools like ZoomInfo.
- Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and performance reports.
- Travel as required within a 30-mile radius to support various project needs.
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience in sales operations or a related field.
- Google Analytics Certification and Salesforce Certified Administrator certification.
- Proficiency in HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach.io.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and time management abilities.
