What You’ll Do



  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive participation and sponsorship sales in the

  • Identify, engage, and close deals with key players in iGaming (operators, affiliates, suppliers).

  • Build long-term relationships with decision-makers to drive repeat business.

  • Negotiate sponsorships, exhibition spaces, and partnerships.

  • Represent SiGMA at global conferences and networking events (travel involved).

  • Keep up with industry trends and provide feedback to enhance event content.





What We’re Looking For



  • Sales experience (B2B, event sales, or iGaming preferred).

  • Fluency in Italian language and English.

  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus.

  • Willingness to travel for up to 6 weeks per year to meet clients & attend events.
