We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented leader to take on the role of Sales Director & General Manager for Neuver Maritime LLC. This pivotal position combines strategic leadership of Neuver Maritime’s regional operations with hands-on responsibility for driving lifecycle sales and delivering exceptional customer service across the Americas. As Sales Director & General Manager – Americas, you will: Oversee Neuver Maritime’s operations in Americas, ensuring alignment with global objectives while driving financial performance, operational excellence, and regional business growth. Develop and implement tailored lifecycle sales strategies to address market needs, focusing on new installations, aftermarket growth, and long-term service agreements to support sustainable success. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders across the region, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty throughout the lifecycle of Neuver Maritime’s products. Lead and mentor the regional sales and service teams, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture that delivers ambitious sales targets, exceptional service delivery, and operational efficiency. Monitor market trends, customer dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and ensure Neuver Maritime remains a trusted and competitive partner. Represent Neuver Maritime as a trusted ambassador in Americas, reinforcing the company’s reputation for quality, reliability, and service excellence. Ensure compliance with contracting standards, financial controls, and Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC) regulations, upholding ethical business practices and supporting sustainable growth. We are seeking an accomplished leader with a proven track record in both sales and operational management, ideally within the maritime or manufacturing sectors. Experience in lifecycle sales and aftermarket services is highly valued. With a strong understanding of the Americas market, you bring strategic insight, business acumen, and the ability to navigate complex market dynamics to drive sustainable growth. As Sales Director & General Manager – Americas, you will report directly to the EVP Global Operations & Aftermarket, with a dotted line to the EVP Sales & Marketing. The role is based in USA, where you will lead a dedicated local team and oversee regional operations, service delivery, and lifecycle sales efforts.
