Qualifications

  • 2-3 years' experience as a Sales Manager REQUIRED

  • Ability to motivate and lead a team to High Performance REQUIRED

  • Focus on Earning Customers for Life through processes REQUIRED

  • Someone that has a strong Used Car background to drive Used Car Sales REQUIRED

  • Acura or similar boutique brand experience REQUIRED

  • Desire to grow a store to the next level REQUIRED

Pay range for this position is $180.000.00-$216,000.00 annually
        
This is a performance-driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Department Net, and Manufacturer Approvability, Total Units, Flat Rate Hours.
