Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in management consulting, business operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital or corporate advisory, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to collaborate with local clients and regional partners.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration.
- Experience in management consulting firm or in a strategy function for software, Internet, media industries or early stage companies.
- Experience in operations, customer solutions and internet/online media.
- Experience in leading operational and cross-functional initiatives with driving strategy in a changing environment.

Responsibilities
- Define, structure, launch and drive operational initiatives for gTech Ads, Asia-Pacific (APAC), and Greater China and Korea teams, while acting as a thought partner to the gTech Ads leadership.
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders and leaders to gather related information, context, and drive business analysis with project communication and management.
- Enable business decision making by working with cross-functional stakeholders and cross-pollinate learnings.
- Partner with gTech Ads APAC leadership in end-to-end driving of initiatives including global priorities.
- Provide oversight and connectivity to business-focused standalone initiatives and removing roadblocks to execution, and eliminating conflicts.
