πŸ“Œ Position Details:

βœ… Hourly Rate: $17.00
βœ… Shift Differential:

  • + $1.50/hr (Monday – Sunday, 6 PM – 6 AM)
  • + $1.00/hr (Saturday & Sunday, 6 AM – 6 PM)

βœ… Training:

  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (3 weeks)
  • Breaks: 1-hour lunch + two 15-minute breaks

 

πŸ’‘ What You'll Do:

πŸ“ž Answer inbound calls, assess caller needs, and provide resolutions
 πŸ“ Document calls thoroughly and accurately
 πŸ“‹ Follow company policies and escalate issues when needed
 πŸŽ― Deliver clear, professional communication to customers

 βœ”️ Clear, confident communication skills
 βœ”️ Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

 βœ… Internet speed test: 70% minimum
 βœ… At least 1 year of telephone customer service experience
