We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional virtual support, ensuring that customer inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively. Key responsibilities include accurately documenting interactions, resolving customer concerns, and delivering high-quality service that aligns with our mission to make healthcare more personal, convenient, and affordable.

Requirements

  • Required Skills & Qualifications:



    • Current, unrestricted license in an eligible state (e.g., Mississippi).

    • Master’s Degree in Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and Psych-Mental Health (PMHNP) with National Board Certification.

    • Minimum of two years of medically relevant experience.

    • Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and virtual care platforms.

    • High-speed broadband internet connectivity.


  • Preferred Skills:



    • Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish) is an advantage.

    • Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and independent decision-making abilities.
