Our Client, a leading industrial manufacturing company based in Del Mar, CA is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join their dynamic team. This location is conveniently close to several neighboring cities, including Solana Beach, Encinitas, and Carlsbad. The successful candidate will manage a team of sales representatives selling industrial equipment and automation solutions. This role requires experience managing complex B2B sales cycles and distributor relationships, as well as knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and industry regulations. A proven track record of territory growth and team development is essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial equipment sales, including a minimum of 3 years of sales management experience.
  • Proven track record of managing complex B2B sales cycles and distributor relationships.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and industry regulations.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and team development skills.
  • Proven track record of territory growth and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee a team of sales representatives selling industrial equipment and automation solutions.
  • Manage complex B2B sales cycles and distributor relationships.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s customer base.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, and adjust sales strategies as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Pay/Benefits

  • Competitive salary range of $143,417 - $183,417 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
