Regional BD Head (Chinese-Speaking)

1. Lead and manage BD team to achieve results
2. Gain insights into market changes and trends, and identify and pursue new business opportunities
3. Able to management client relationships properly and professionally, and guide subordinates
4. Develop and strengthen relationships with local crypto influencers to drive user acquisition through strategic partnerships
5. Responsible for planning and implementing campaigns with influencers and channels
6. Work closely with product, tech and FinEng team to ensure user feedback is promptly addressed and followed up
7. Provide guidance and support to the team

Qualifications

1. Diploma or higher in any discipline
2. 3+ years of business development or affiliate marketing experience in the cryptocurrency space
3. Proven track record of building large affiliate networks from the ground up
4. Strong understanding of affiliate customer acquisition OKR and optimization methods, with the ability to improve performance through data analysis and segmentation
