  • Ability to maintain confidence and professionalism in ambiguous and complex situations.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently in order to interact with internal and external stakeholders.

About the job

The gReach Program is a 12 months paid upskilling program for industry professionals with disabilities where participants will receive on-the-job-training and work on a range of projects. The goal of the gReach program is to provide participants from under-represented groups with the opportunity to grow their career as professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Support recruiting and hiring related activities, including understanding role requirements, mapping and sourcing of candidates, communication with candidates, interview training, hiring events planning, etc.
  • Use, update, manage different recruiting tools and trackers to ensure data integrity, and communicate with candidates through the hiring and onboarding process.
  • Develop strong relationships with hiring teams and other stakeholders, and perform other related duties as required.
