We are ramping up at Gelato, and are looking for a hungry, enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist who can help us grow.

What you'll be doing:

1. Analysing open vacancies and understanding key assessment criteria
2. Reviewing and filtering applications
3. Sourcing high quality candidates
4. Managing candidates through the process (end-to-end)
5. Organising interviews and processes
6. All the above with a sprinkle of HR

Requirements

1. Experience recruiting within Web3
2. 3 years experience in a recruitment role
3. Experience filling technical roles
4. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques
5. Solid work-ethic, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced start up environment
6. Low ego, love to collaborate, open minded and great vibes
7. Passionate about the space
