Participate in code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality, maintainable software. Working effectively in Agile development environments. Our delivery models are tailored to meet each client's unique requirements.Required Qualifications:3+ years of hands-on experience developing user interfaces using WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation), including a strong grasp of XAML, MVVM patterns, and UI design principles.3+ years of experience in object-oriented programming with C#, particularly as it relates to building and maintaining desktop applications in a professional environment.3+ years of experience working with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, or TypeScript, and foundational understanding of JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, etc.).Demonstrated willingness and aptitude to learn and upskill to modern web frameworks, specifically React, with a proactive approach to continuous improvement and technology adoption.Experience working within Agile/Scrum development teams, participating in sprint planning, code reviews, and collaborative solutioning.Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experienceLimited immigration sponsorship may be availableAbility to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve Preferred Qualifications:Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into functional, user-friendly UI solutions.Analytical/ Decision Making ResponsibilitiesAnalytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work productsCan operate independently or with minimum supervisionExcellent Written and Communication Skills
