We are currently looking for a Program Product Manager in United States.We are seeking a Program Product Manager to guide and support multiple product teams in delivering innovative solutions for large-scale digital programs. This role involves shaping product vision, defining roadmaps, managing backlogs, and ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration across agile teams. You will work closely with Product Managers, UX leads, engineers, and delivery managers to establish best practices, escalate and resolve product issues, and coach team members on product management strategies. The position offers the opportunity to influence high-impact products that affect millions of users while fostering growth and empowerment within self-managed, collaborative teams.AccountabilitiesDefine and communicate a clear product vision and purpose across teams, ensuring alignment with user needs and organizational goals.Develop deep understanding of products, users, and business domains through continuous discovery and research.Manage product roadmaps, backlogs, and priorities, balancing strategic and tactical responsibilities for maximum value delivery.Lead presentations, workshops, and stakeholder communications to support decision-making and alignment.Coach and mentor other Product Managers on best practices, continuous improvement, and agile delivery.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement standard ways of working, ensuring consistent processes and documentation.Identify and address risks, dependencies, and stakeholder constraints to maintain smooth program execution.Requirements6+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in collaboration with cross-functional teams, or 10+ years leveraging product discovery techniques to inform product strategy.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.Strong knowledge and application of Agile principles and practices.Proven track record of launching products from conception to production and managing stakeholders.Expertise in writing user stories and acceptance criteria, enabling teams to determine the how creatively.High-level understanding of software development processes, including research, design, development, testing, and deployment.Effective communicator, leader, and motivator with a growth mindset.Experience leveraging AI-powered prototyping tools and other enabling technologies to support product development.U.S. residency: Lived and worked in the U.S. for at least 3 of the past 5 years; travel may be required.Preferred: U.S. veteran status, government contracting or civic tech experience, and familiarity with AI tools for rapid prototyping and solution validation.BenefitsCompetitive salary: $168,768 per year.Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) for all employees.401(k) matching and employer-paid short/long-term disability insurance.Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.Employer-paid life insurance.Flexible, self-managed work/life balance, wellness days, and professional development spending.Generous paid time off, federal holidays, and parental leave.Fully remote U.S. role with occasional travel.
